Biography

Samantha Keller, MA, LCMHC


Samantha Keller has been a licensed therapist in the state of New Hampshire since 2018. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Stonehill College in Easton, Massachusetts, graduating magna cum laude. She earned her master’s degree in mental health counseling and behavioral medicine from Boston University School of Medicine. She interned at Boston Medical Center on the psychiatry consultation-liaison team and at Walden Behavioral Care in Braintree, Massachusetts, treating adolescents and adults with eating disorders.

Sam returned to her home state of New Hampshire after graduate school and began her career at West Central Behavioral Health in Lebanon, where she received training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and honed her skills in the treatment of borderline personality disorder. She provided individual therapy at West Central for seven years before transitioning to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, where she co-led an effective and rewarding group therapy program for two and a half years for patients on the inpatient psychiatry unit. There, she received extensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other concerns. 

Sam joined Hanover CBT in February 2025, where she shares the values of compassion and acceptance. She works with adults with a wide range of mental health struggles, utilizing third wave CBTs including DBT and ACT. Sam brings warmth, kindness, and a calming presence to each interaction. She finds great meaning in building a sound therapeutic relationship with her clients in order to reduce their suffering and help them lead fulfilling lives.
