Our Bedford team offers individual psychotherapy for adults of all ages in a warm, inviting space or via telehealth. They enjoy helping people with anxiety and mood struggles using a compassion-focused approach.
Adult Therapy
We work with adults experiencing a wide range of behavioral, emotional, and social challenges in living. Each step of the therapeutic process is collaborative and tailored to each client’s unique situation. We utilize a whole-person approach to understanding and cultivating each individual’s health starting with presence, connection, and non-judgment in the therapeutic relationship, and continuing with a thorough assessment of history, values, goals, and present-day barriers to build a more fulfilling life. Our approach involves creating individualized treatment plans utilizing the best evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, exposure therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. In this work, we often find it useful to communicate with loved ones and outside providers to increase support and thereby increase the chance for meaningful change.
